ooooh man......3 days down, 1 to go and then i get a wopping 3 days in a row off. I'm looking forward to it especially because I've been working morning shifts and it's hard for me to go to bed early, thus I'm not getting very much sleep. In other news, I got my S.A. check AND my check from the month of May from the Wartburg Library. So I felt the need to go on a shopping spree and I bought the new The White Stripes album (I'm plesantly surprised with it too), and I got the new AFI album. Unfortunately, I seemed to have missed out on a good deal:
bbeastieboyfan88: I bought the new AFI album
justfromg: really, for 4 bukcs or whatever?
bbeastieboyfan88: uuuuuum no.
bbeastieboyfan88: it cost like 14 bucks
bbeastieboyfan88: where would it be 4 bucks?
justfromg: jesus! why didnt you get it for 4!?!?!?!
justfromg: it was 4 bucks at best buy the first 2 weeks it was released
bbeastieboyfan88: best buy was closed
bbeastieboyfan88: and I wanted it last night
justfromg: ok.... but im tellin ya u missed out on 1 of the biggest cd deals in history
bbeastieboyfan88: if I would've known, then I would'nt have bought it
bbeastieboyfan88: well it's too late now
All I can say is "meh" I don't really mind. I saw Jon Haverly and friends today at S.A.....they were on their way to the Warped Tour. Later, Loftus stopped in, but our equiptment was messed up and I to send him away.....sniff......it's fun to see ppl from high school comin in. The only prob is, the average sale goes something like this:
Hi! Did you get any fuel today?
Ok, your total is $7.34
and 16 cents is your change, have a good day.
-----------that takes under a minute. So I dont' really get to chat at all. oh well, I suppose I get paid to work, not talk
hmmmm this has been random...........meh.........

You ever have a perfect plan absolutely BLOW UP IN YOUR FACE? Well, mine did today. I'm such a stupid guy.....I should've never said anything to steph.....but I did....and she took offense of what Mary said about her. And then she felt bad and I felt bad for saying anything about it and felt bad for her. I guess I didn't think that she would take it in a bad way. Grrrrrr.......luckily, though, I waited until an hour before she left to mention it. bleah.

So blogger has a new system or something for doing posts.....anyway, they were updating it last night when I wanted to post, thus making me lose the great story I had all planned out. Now all I have to say really is that I say T.Holmes last night and Greg Baker. That was pretty cool. You know what's even more cool? Steph, my fav. S.A. worker is working one more day. Tomorrow. THE SAME SHIFT AS MEEEEE!!! YEEEEEEHAAAAAAW!!!! I'm excited......except the only problem is that the shift is a 7-3....thats right. The MOST hated shift ever. I absolutely hate getting up early. I hate mornings. If I had my way, everyday I would wake up in the afternoon. That way I can just bypass the whole morning issue. OOOH!!! I get to go to valleyfair with jess on monday! YAY!!! It's about time I do something fun! Hmmm....there's nothing really else thats going on. Tomorrow may bring some interesting stories. We'll see. Peace out.

Tomorrow is my favorite S.A. worker's last day. Steph is freeing herself and getting a different job. We both started within a week of each other and worked together most of the time last summer. Now, I will admit....she is quite attractive. I saw her come in one day wearing her normal clothes, and I couldn't help but say "WOOOAH!!" and then I had to cover up my surprisal by saying something lame like, "I didn't recognize you...." I just had never realized how hot she really was. It was amazing. I guess thats why I was surprised by the Associate Manager's comment to me today. The Associate Manager, Mary, happens to be Steph's step-mom. So I was working with Mary this morning when totally out of the blue, she turns to me and says "I don't think you should date steph." I was like "WHAT??!? Where did THAT come from!!" First of all, Steph is waaaaay out of my league, second of all when did I ever even hint about any feelings towards her??!? Mary was like, well you always continue on about how you don't want steph to leave and how you like workin with her and whatnot. Now I'm not goin to lie to ya, her attractivness is a part of why I like workin with her....but totally not the whole reason. She's just one of those people that is really easy to get along with and fun to work with. Plus, back when we first started, she and I were the only two under 25. So it was nice to be able to work with someone my age. But now she's gone. and I'm sad. *sniff*

I was gonna write a lot, but I just became really tired.
While I was sitting in church today, I was sort of reminiscing of the past. Way back in the day, back before my oldest brother went to West Point, which would've been any of the summers before 6th grade........anyway, if it was supposed to be nice on sunday, my two brothers would go to the earliest church service (7:30) and then get out to the lake as soon as possible. See, at the lake that we used to go to, the park staff would only allow a certain number of boats on at one time. So even though my brothers would get there early, they would still have to sit in a long line for a couple of hours. But by the time me and my parents got there, my brothers would have the boat on the lake and we would be all set to go.
As I got older, I would go along with them and help out.....especially if my oldest bro was back from the Point, 'cause I would usually hang out with him a lot at the lake.......my other brother was usually tied up with his girlfriend.............but anyway, I remember one day when my oldest bro and I went to the lake early to get ready for the rest of the family. Of course we expected my parents to be there in a few hours, so we only grabbed like one can of pop on the way out the door. Yeah...........they didn't come until about 3 or 4 in the afternoon. Apparently they "forgot" about us. Luckily, though, my oldest bro had the hookup with a lot of the workers and the lake and we got free popcorn and stuff to survive the afternoon.
They reason I shared this lil memory with ya, is that I've noticed that the last couple of years, I haven't had much fun during the summer. It's been pretty much blah. It's like I've forgotten how to have fun......actually, I think it's because my brothers aren't really around anymore. They were the ones that got the boat all ready to go and stuff. So with them being gone, nothing really gets done anymore. So my point is, my summer so far has been pretty bad. I need to start doing some stuff on my days off, or I'm gonna hate myself in the fall. I need your guys' help. If you're ever doing anything....no matter how small.....give my house a call. I'm either going to be be there, be online, or be at work. Sad, but true. Help me. My days as a young person are running out. help.
