Let me rephrase my earlier comment about war. Ok, yes, I do support the war....email me and I'll get into it further, but this isn't a place for me to comment on my political beliefs. As far as getting drafted goes, do you see me in the army? IF I survive B.T., I don't think I would last I week in Germany, let alone Kuwait. I'm pretty sure firing the M-16 wouldn't be a problem, although I would probably end up as a feeder to some M-60 gunner.....It's the muscle that I lack.....I'm pretty sure I would also pee my pants continously.....so it's not that I'm a wussy and would run to Canada in order to avoid my draft number, it's that I believe I have a considerably worse chance of survival compared to most American Males. And that is why I don't want to get drafted....that and the whole dying thing, but those two are pretty much entwined. Have I said that both my older brother and my sister-in-law are 1st Lt.'s in the army. My sister-in-law will leave for the war before friday and my brother may go a little later. I realize if there isn't a war, then they wouldn't go. So that is also a mixed emotion for me.....but still.......I don't know......I just think there has been a lot of talking and Saddam has been dancing around us.......at the same time, I think that N. Korea is a worse situation, but that is a whole different story, so I won't get into that......but those are my reasons.....take it or leave it, because it's who I am.

Random fact that may end up saving your life one day: Don't eat the liver of an animal that eats meat. It will kill you, due to Vitamin A poisoning.

Is it wrong for me to support the war in Iraq as long as I don't get drafted?

A year ago friday, I asked a girl to prom by sending a half dozen roses to her second period class......and she said yes........*sigh*

bbeastieboyfan88: well I can do it fine

You ever sit at your computer with piles of homework stacked around you and you just throw it all down and play a computer game for a couple hours, but then end up staying up really late because you procrastinated and killed virtual nazis?

now that I got that out of the way....I went sledding again last night. Only this time it was on a REAL HILL!! Four of us drove out to the golf course. Remember that we don't have real sleds, only caf trays, so lets just say it got interesting. One improvement since last time was that we soaped up the bottom of the trays with bar soap. Any of you that plan to sled on trays.....this helps a lot! So we went out to this sledding hill last night at around 10pm and started sledding. We soon realize that while the biggest hill was fast and super fun, you had to climb back up it.....and that sucked. So we moved to a smaller hill that ran right into a snow fence. YESSS! So we would get cruisin pretty fast and then SLAM into this fence. (It gave a lot so it didn't really hurt too much) Then we had this great idea to make a train and go down into the fence. So we did and ended up slamming into each other and the first person to go down was pushed under the fence and was halfway on the other side......it kinda hurt.....I wouldn't recomend it. THEN we spied a super steep hill that definitley wasn't made for sledding. It went nearly straight down and went through wild brush and such. We each took a path and went down. WOWZAS! It hurt soo much......so we did it again, only we went one path that had a little natural jump. Only keep in mind, we are FLYING down this path. So I went down, screaming like a 5th grade girl, hit the jump flew through the air, and skid a good 10 ft on my stomach.......and then laid there for a few minutes......faaaaaaaantastic! so that was Wartburg sledding and it was great....now I gotta take a shower!

first let me say, jess....you're great.
