Sorry for the lack of posts lately. My life has really gone to the pooper. The 2YG and I broke up on Sunday night and ever since I've been down in the dumps. She's thinking things over and I'm waiting for her decision. I really want to get back together and I'm extremely hopeful, but I don't know. I hate not knowing what's going on between us.

My first column got published this week. I heard some good comments, though not as many as I used to. Probably because I've been holed up in my room all week and probably because it's not as a hard-hitting topic as my columns during the Fall Term. You can read it here, though. My next one should be decent. I was really struggling again to come up with an idea...especially with the break-up and then a shorter deadline turn-around. But then today I went to a convocation (like a guest speaker-type deal) about the 1st Ammendment and I was inspired...even though I was determined not to write on that topic.
