some of you may know (actually very few of you know this) that my hips are bad. Not like they are ugly or fat or whatever. The actual bone-structure is bad. Meaning they get sore easily and will wear out fast. If they hadn't been "fixed" when I was really young, I would have needed an artifical hip by the time I was 30. Now I put fixed in quotation marks because they still aren't the greatest. If I sit cross-leged for even 5 minutes, it takes a good 20 minutes before I can walk normal again. So today I was at the library, working as usual, when I stood up weird and twisted in a strange way.....thus somehow agrivating my left hip. Ever since then I have had an excrutiating pain whenever I stand, sit in a certain way, and especially walk. For a while it went a way, but now, for whatever reason, it has returned. It's like I can actually feel my hip joint grinding against the bone. I can barely walk and I have to hold my lower back.......it makes me look and feel like I'm 75. ugh.
