This post is for all you musicians out there. Have you ever been soo focused while singing or playing a piece that you don't blink your eyes more than twice during the whole piece? Man that was me today. We have a piece that the trombones only rest for a couple of measures and the whole thing is nearly 200 measure long. I was sooo focused and into the music, that I literally didn't blink. My eyes hurt once we were done......it's kinda weird once it happens.....your whole body is concentrating on this one concept and even your most basic functions cease to work properly. Your breathing is centered around the places that you think would work the best for that song.....wow....you all know what I mean.
