Someone (who I'll keep anonymous) just insinuated that Wartburg's courses are not hard, thus making my GPA complaints invalid. See, that is precisly why I am so mad; I worked hard for those grades and blew it on lessons. Do I need to go over my courses again? I thought I had beaten that subject to death, but I guess not. Western Civ. had no tests, but you had to write a 3 page paper every week for 14 weeks. You don't write one of those papers and you fail. I got one B+ and then all A's on those papers--Don't tell me I didn't work for those. Then there was the required course that Wartburg created for all freshmen. I have no idea how many papers we wrote, but it was a writing intensive course. Then, we had to write a final paper and do a presentation which was worth 60% of our grade. I got 2 points off on that and ended up getting something like 418 out of 436 points in the class. Finally, I had the infamous Sociology course. The tests were not that hard and I could take the reading load, but there was that 17 page term paper. Theres weeks worth of info on that paper, so I won't go into it, but I got an A on it. Don't even try and tell me that these courses were easy. You think a STATE college or University has HARDER classes than a private school? I'll go out on a limb here and say umm.....I DON'T THINK SO! Most of you that read this go to a state college/university and you can argue your case to me at bbeastieboyfan88@yahoo.com but I'm sure I will have an answer for anything you say.
