Well wow. This weekend was madness. Absolute madness. And I got like zero homework done...but only part of that was my fault. Friday was...well, Friday. Who does homework on a Friday? Plus, from 6:30 until way late I was otherwise occupied. Then on Saturday we had the Homecoming football game, then I went and watched the Wartburg Men's Soccer Team demolish yet another team, then I took a nap, then I went and got a sixer and got supper, then we had a ton of people over, then "she" came over for a while and that was good and then it was suddenly 2 a.m. And now today (sunday) I had to play for Homecoming worship, and then we had about an hour and a half break, and then we had a concert in the afternoon which lasted until nearly 4 p.m. And then I had a little break, and then I had Brass Quintet rehearsal, and then I had work, and then I finally got a little bit of homework done.

I mean seriously. Zero homework time. But it was still a good weekend. *smile* Yup, I could definitely use a few more of those. Now I just need to get in gear and get my resume together (oops!) and figure out the rest of my life and finish up a poem and a short story for the fall-issue of our Literary Magazine and start on a big news analysis project and catch up on all of my reading I put off the past few days. Hmmm....is it Fall Break yet?
