Tonight was a great night for Wartburg college Basketball.....Luther College Basketball is another story. I played in the pep band for both the women's and men's games. I can't really decide what was the best part about the women's game: It's either when we were winning 22-4, or when the score was 43-18, or when we won and clinched the number one spot in our conference. The best part about the men's game was just beating Luther. Just flat out beating them. Most of you don't know about the wartburg-luther rivalry, but it is huge. Several times tonight fights were on the verge of breaking out......the yelling across the gym was soo loud.....wow....it was great. If any of you have ever been in the Delano's gym, our basketball gym (we have another, but the games arent' played there) resembles theirs. In fact, none of you will get this except for my bro, our game was about like that Rockford playoff game vs. Delano, at Delano. It was sooo sweet to beat those norse bastards!
