I first realized the importance of naps in high school, but I think it wasn't until college that I used them to their full potential. See, you need to nap just enough so you wake up and are ready to go, but not so much that you wake up and want to sleep some more. Too long of a nap is dangerous and may make you just want to fall asleep for the night. Lets say you have tons of homework to do and you are feeling too tired to continue. What you need to do in this situation, is take a good 20 minute nap. Once you wake up you should be ready to work for another few hours. DO NOT LET YOURSELF STAY IN BED!!!!!!
