Define bureaucracy:
When Wartburg College sticks you in an old office as a dorm room. The old office only has one ethernet outlet and no closets. Then, Wartburg decideds that, come the end of semester, they want their office back. SOOOOOO, you and your roommate are KICKED OUT, you have to find a new place to live, and YOU HAVE TO MOVE ALL YOUR STUFF!
